Rebecca Dubber

Communications consultant, proud disabled person, Paralympian, and co-host of an award-nominated podcast.

Rebecca Dubber is a 29-year-old communications consultant from Auckland. She is a proud disabled person who lives with a condition called sacral agenesis and uses a wheelchair for mobility.

Rebecca is a firm believer that her disability has given her so much more than it has ever taken away. She is a former Paralympian, representing New Zealand at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, and at the 2016 Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro where she won a bronze medal in the women's 100m backstroke S7. She also co-hosts an award-nominated podcast about disability, and was one of the first wheelchair-using models to walk the runway at New Zealand Fashion Week in 2019.
