Sam Butcher

The entrepreneur and consultant helping kiwi businesses unleash their potential to create true value.

Sam is a Consultant with a passion for social entrepreneurship, governance, and economics. Before the pieces were put together for him to join Redvespa, Sam literally put pieces together as the Managing Director of Imagination Station, a social enterprise specialising in LEGO education.

During his six years taking Imagination Station from a concept to a team of six staff and over 50 volunteers, Sam learnt the importance of genuine connection with people at all levels of business and local government. While he loved bringing out his technical side by running robotics courses for kids, Sam also enjoyed building a team of passionate educators and establishing a network of supporters to make the joy of learning more accessible to kiwi kids.

Sam now takes the skills he learnt in social enterprise, along with his passion for meaningful business, to work with a wide range of clients as a consultant with Redvespa - one of New Zealand’s first business consultancies to be B-Corp certified.
