Steph is a Partner at Deloitte, specialising in public sector and transformation. In recent years she has focused on the design and delivery of transformation within the security and justice sector, in particular New Zealand Police, Ara Poutama (Department of Corrections), Fire and Emergency and the National Emergency Management Agency.

As a long-distance runner, Steph knows how to go the distance to achieve results. She works with clients to design, implement, and sustain transformative change that improves outcomes for customers and communities. She is also a strategic advisor to the Cross Sector Emergency Services Leadership Board.

Steph is part of the team at Deloitte delivering the Government Engagement workshops at Festival for the Future 2023.
